VaultFuzion is a product of Kapardyn, a subsidiary of Synchplus Consulting (Pty) Ltd — a company registered in the Republic of South Africa — and operates under South African law. International customers contract under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) which governs data-processing terms, residency, retention, and breach notification.
