POPIA Compliance Posture — A-F letter grades surface on every tenant dashboard

Every tenant dashboard now carries an A-F letter grade derived from VaultFuzion's 13 POPIA platform checks. Partners get the portfolio distribution view; tenants get a self-view with a clear disclaimer that this is operational scoring, not a regulatory verdict.

For tenants
A-F grade card on the Tenant Control Center
A coloured grade letter (A green through F red) lives next to the existing compliance score on every tenant dashboard. Disclaimer language frames it as VaultFuzion's internal scoring across 13 platform checks — not a legal POPIA assessment.
For MSPs
Portfolio grade distribution on Partner Portal
POPIADashboardPage now shows A-F counts across the MSP's tenants. Spot at-risk portfolios at a glance and prioritise which Information Officer conversation to have first.
Platform
Admin grade-distribution histogram on Platform Health
VaultFuzion staff get a histogram of A-F grades across every active tenant on the platform — the at-risk callout flags MSPs whose portfolio carries E/F-grade tenants for proactive support outreach.
Operations
Backend currency precision (storage overage R3→R1, PayI bridge ZAR consistency, invoice PDF currency-aware formatting)
Quiet billing-precision fixes shipped alongside the grade work. SA storage overage rate now matches the published Fair Usage Policy (R1/GB/month). PayI invoices render in the MSP's native currency. No customer action required.
Platform
Cross-MSP existence non-disclosure (security hardening)
Cross-MSP tenant lookups now return 404, not 403. Aligned with the existence-non-disclosure rule already documented in the Master Services Agreement. No customer-visible behaviour change beyond the status code.
Upgrade notes
  • Tenants will see the new Compliance Posture card on next dashboard load. No setting required.
  • Partner Portal POPIA dashboard auto-shows the new grade column on next refresh.

Platform Refresh GA — three new standalone products + expanded Partner Portal

Our largest platform refresh since launch. Three new standalone products (ResidU, RiskE, SentrE) ship alongside the four core products, the Partner Portal expands significantly, and a refreshed design system goes platform-wide.

Platform
Three new standalone products
ResidU (dark-web credential intelligence), RiskE (SaaS Security Posture Management), and SentrE (AI email reasoning) are all live as standalone offerings, each with its own Partner Portal surface.
For MSPs
Partner Portal expanded
Full admin surfaces for the three new products, isolation configuration, cross-MSP vendor reputation, plus the existing tickets, tenants, and SOC dashboard areas.
Platform
Multi-engine detection consensus
Every inbound message passes through a layered detection stack whose engines vote independently. Consensus verdicts reduce false positives while catching what any single engine would miss.
Platform
Refreshed design system
New visual language applied site-wide — improved legibility on mobile, accessible contrast ratios, and a consistent component library.
Compliance
POPIA compliance dashboard live
Automated checks against the POPIA processing conditions. Evidence auto-generated from your tenant's operational state. Audit preparation reduced from weeks to hours.
Upgrade notes
  • Partner Portal login sessions may require re-authentication on first login after upgrade.
  • The three new standalone products are available on Pro-Heavy tier and above.
Known issues
  • Initial page load may show a brief visual flash on slower devices; non-blocking.
