Connect VaultFuzion to the tools you already run

VaultFuzion turns backup-health alerts into tickets in your PSA and keeps each customer’s seat count billing-accurate — automatically, from the same console your team already lives in. Connect yours in minutes from the Partner Portal. Here is what you can connect today, and what is next.

Backup-health alerts open, update and close service tickets on the board you choose. Monthly seat counts flow to the matching agreement — forward-only, never touching a period you have already invoiced.

Alerts become tickets routed to the right team, with notes posted as private actions that never email the end customer. Seat counts keep the recurring-invoice line you map for each customer current.

RMM ticketing: alerts raised on the ticket form you choose, with monthly seat quantities kept current on the billing agreement.

Run a different PSA or RMM? Tell us on the Get Started form — the connector platform is schema-driven, so adding a tool is an adapter, not a rebuild.

What the integration does

Tickets, automatically

When a backup misses its window, a restore needs sign-off, or identity drift is detected, VaultFuzion opens a ticket in your PSA — routed per alert type to the board, team or queue you pick, updated as the situation changes, and closed when it resolves. Its notes are posted as private actions, so your customer never sees them.

Billing that reconciles itself

VaultFuzion keeps each customer’s billed seat count current every month. It sets the quantity for the next period you have not invoiced yet and never changes one you have already billed — so the number on the invoice and the number in the platform come from a single source, and drift between them is not possible rather than merely unlikely.

How to connect

  1. 01In your PSA, create an API user (or API member) for VaultFuzion with the permissions the in-portal guide lists — a read-plus-tickets role that takes up no user licence on every tool we support.
  2. 02In the VaultFuzion Partner Portal, open Integrations, choose your PSA and paste the API credentials. VaultFuzion reads your customer list to test the connection.
  3. 03Map your tenants to PSA companies — auto-match uses each tenant’s primary domain, then the exact company name — and fix any remaining by hand.
  4. 04Turn on ticket routing per alert type, and, if you bill through your PSA, map one line per customer for monthly usage sync.
