PayI is the billing view in the VaultFuzion Partner Portal. It shows every tenant’s seats, storage and active features, turns each month’s seats and active features into a draft invoice at the prices you set, and gives you that invoice as a PDF to send to your customer yourself.

From tenant usage to an invoice you send, in four steps
Turn on PayI
In the Partner Portal, open Billing and choose Integrate PayI. It is included in your VaultFuzion subscription.
Set your own prices
Create billing tiers with your per-feature prices and assign one to each tenant.
Close the month
When a month ends, generate each tenant’s draft invoice from that month’s usage and check the figures.
Send the PDF yourself
Download the tenant’s usage-invoice PDF and send it to your customer, who pays you directly.
VaultFuzion never handles your customers’ money
PayI does not take payments for MSPs. Each usage invoice states that it is payable directly to you, and your customers get no PayI login. You bill them, and they pay you.
Included in the partner plan
PayI is included in your VaultFuzion subscription. There is no per-transaction fee on your customers’ payments, and PayI does not collect payments for MSPs.
